When she knocked on the door in the bathroom, she avoided looking at Apollo's body.

"Please iron my long-sleeved polo. The blue and white stripes."

"I'll cook you breakfast first. "

There was a hurry when she went to the bathroom door after reaching for Apollo's towel and underwear. She wondered to herself. She didn't think of Apollo's illness, so she avoided him. Her mind just protested when she thought that they would have body contact again. It's not his fault; it's his womanizer's states at fault. All her mind could say was. She saw some spiced ham and some eggs in the refrigerator. She fried rice and put spiced ham on it. Then she just faced ironing what he would wear after setting the table.

Avery saw some of Apollo's ironed pants but they didn't match the polo he wanted to wear. I ironed a black pair of pants rather than wait for his command later. I know he is very picky about dressing up. She even beat the time he took to fix it. As well the shoes are very shiny and it is customary that what is the color of the socks is also the color of the handkerchief and tie. She arranged everything on the bed he would use. He went inside and walk in front of her to undress.

"The water is cold," he said while looking at her face.

Apollo grabbed her by the arm.

"Why are you avoiding me?" he asked her in an annoying tone.

"Why would I avoid you?"

"I just see. I look like a stranger if you can act. Or maybe when we broke up, you found a replacement for me?"

"Either way, it's not too embarrassing because we're separated."

"Don't avoid my question. Did you find a replacement? "

"Nothing because I didn't search. Just let go of my hand! "

Apollo pushed her away.

"You're lucky, and I'm not sure I'm well yet. But be prepared when I'm sure I'm clear. I'll romance you completely." She was shocked when Apollo grabbed her and pretended to kiss her on the neck.

"You become late at work." she reasons out.

Smiling, Apollo left her and started getting dressed. She took advantage of that to escape and went to the kitchen. She went with him to breakfast and did not show any lack of appetite. As he was leaving, he gave her five thousand.

"What's this for?"

"There's only a walking distance market here. Just ask so you don't get lost. And then this is the duplicate key here in the apartment. " In a formal voice, he said,

"When you go to the market, you should go straight home after."

"I'm interested in roaming around. Where would I go just in case?"

"I'm just saying what I want. Come here, just kiss me. "

She was forced to kiss him. Apollo's smile was sarcastic.

"You're really scared. You can't even kiss me on the lips. My disease is not contagious. "

"What time will you go home?" He never seemed to hear her question.

"Depends If there's not a lot of work or overtime, So, it's past seven o'clock."

Apollo turned away. When he left, she locked the door and washed the dishes. She checked the fridge to see if she had anything to cook tonight. Tomorrow she will go to the market. What she was going to deal with now are Apollo’s dirty clothes.

She noticed what was missing was the curtain. She was so tired when she finished what she was doing. Just being a little tired is enough for her. Even if she commits suicide by doing laundry and taking care of the house, she still doesn't feel any sense. Her mind seemed to deny that this was all she could do. She is almost done with nursing. Will she take advantage of that? She wants to take care of sick people. She can even help Apollo find work and earn money. Later, when he comes home, she will talk to him. Hopefully, he will allow her to work as long as we don’t have children yet,

Apollo did not return home early. It was about eleven o'clock in the evening when he came home. She had already fallen asleep on the couch, waiting for him.

"I'm so pissed off at my boss," he said to her as he untied his tie while sitting on the bed.

"Why?" she asked.

"I was the one he saw to work overtime. There were four of us programmers there. It seemed like he was mad at me, so I stayed. It's hard to get angry with the boss. You might even get fired."

"Who annoyed you?" she asked again.

"Mr. Andrews, the CEO and owner of the software company."

"Why is he mad at you?"

"I don't know, maybe he's angry because I'm a new employee. But my colleagues are close to me, especially women."

Avery thought maybe Apollo's female companion is the reason why his boss is angry at him. Apollo is easy to get along with people, especially women.

"Maybe he thought you were wasting time talking during office hours."

"He saw that I'm just giving Jana a document," Apollo looked stunned and worried, "____ his secretary."

" What's her name again?"

She asked casually, but Apollo was distracted by something. She doesn’t know why her intuition is so strong when it comes to Apollo’s deception.

"Jana," said Apollo as he bent down and seemed to take off his shoes.

"Did Mr. Andrews see that you were joking with Jana?"

"Yes."

"Maybe he's jealous... that's a woman is his girlfriend?"

"Is it not!"

Apollo's answer was a bit more abrupt than usual.

"How did you find out?"

"You'll find out in the office. Then again, Mr. Andrews is said to be the type who doesn't mix business with pleasure. It hasn't been reported that any of his staff have been linked to him."

"Maybe you're just hot-tempered. Anyway, that's good that you work overtime. That means extra income. Eat up. I'll just heat the food on the table. "
