Spending many nights at my parent's house, I kept going into the room Valerie stayed in for days, only because I wanted to feel the same air she breathed during her stay there.

While, I was fully aware she wasn't interested in speaking to me, seeing how she snubbed my presence on her way back to her apartment, the last time I saw her.

Then, I got to the office, feeling all hyped up because I knew, I was going to be a father.
