After several hours in the office, I got done for the day, as I packed the files in my desk and headed out with my bag carried in my hand.

Standing outside the company, I bid goodbye to my colleagues as I waited for a taxi to stop for me.

Seconds turned into minutes and minutes into hours as no taxi stopped to carry me.

I thought to myself, "Would I have to sleep outside tonight?"
