Henry POV
The sun wasn’t high up yet, it was early in the morning. I opened the cell, watching Fred walk out. I held Clayton from punching him.
He hadn’t properly vented out since the shootout. Devon’s visit last night would be handled by me, not him, or there’d be a murder.
“Can I ask why I am getting released? I do know it’s for a good reason.” the jerk, Fred, grinned.
“How about cause you’re about to die?” in his usual diss, Clayton replied. Fred gave him a teasing look like he was daring him to try.
