Jade’s POV

What did I do now? I sulked as Henry and Clayton walked away from me and his mother. The Luna had a sorry look.

“They’re just too stressed, they’d be fine.” She patted my back. I shrugged.

“I’d be off now. Bye and remember to drink your herbal tea.” I reminded.

“Taken already.” She smiled, waving at me as I walked off.

I smiled back, and waved before turning and rushing out of the building. Sometimes I felt like I was her daughter. And I wished she’s my mom.

I shook my head. No, I was actually glad my biological mom was my mom....
