Raymond covered my mouth. “Who could that be?” The knock came banging again and we both jolted to adjust our clothes. Raymond sat on his chair as I walked towards the door to see who was there.

“Rena, are you okay? I heard your noise from my office.” My eyes broadened in shock, and I swallowed hard. I couldn't respond to Lucas's question, I felt embarrassed that I could have been heard by other staff as well. My face flushed red. Words were caught in my mouth.
