“Who the hell are you?” Kayla sounded so pissed asking Rena that sort of dumb question but Rena was so focused on me and didn't respond to Kayla.

I knew Rena was there to save me from Kayla, even though I'd asked her not to come to my office because Kayla was there, and I didn't want her to question me about her.

I wonder how she knew though but the moment she entered the office, I felt relieved. That was my cue to dismiss Kayla.
