I slowly opened my eyes to find myself on a hospital bed.

“She’s waking up,” the familiar voice of Lola said.

“Lola, why are you here?” I asked weakly.

“I got a call that something happened to you. I had to rush down here,” Lola replied, with a worrisome look on her face.
