When I come to work the next day, I'm still kicking myself.

The office looks scarily empty, with a large portion of its employees gone. I feel like it's all my fault. I just sat there and watched, knowing I had the power to end it all.

If I'd ended things with Klaus, none of this would have happened. I'm not sorry I'm still with him, but I don't know how to live with myself if something happens to him or his coven because we couldn't let each other go.
