When I heard that Jasper had gone to look for the mate he had rejected, I was so sad. I had thought that her leaving the pack would be the end of it. I didn't know why he was searching for her but when I learnt that she was pregnant, I knew it was because of that.

That alone almost made me mad.

With her pregnancy, I could lose everything to her. The elders never really liked me and they were the ones who kept objecting to Gregory's marriage to me.

I wished I could kill them all one after the other.

Besides, I can't afford for someone...
