"Hon, I have to go. Mr. Dawson is waiting for me," Lanche said to my surprise.

"Dad? Why? What's the problem?" I asked him.

"Nothing, Hon. Actually, I don't know. Luanne told me that your Dad wants to talk to me," he added.

I haven't said a word yet. I don’t know why I’m nervous. If only I hadn't met with Mr. Ramirez, I will go with him.

After he left, I left as well. I'm going to Mr. Ramirez office when I recieved a text from Monica.

"Girl, your meeting with Mr. Ramirez isn't going to continue. He's not there, just set another appointment ..."
