Aubrey’s face made Zoe feel terrible and angry. Her body ached more, as if somehow it was linked to her emotions. Aubrey was on the verge of crying. Her face had traces of dirt, her clothes stained with blood. Christopher was beside her, his face emotionless, and Henry- there was no sign of him.
Mia had dragged both Aubrey and Chris out, but not Henry. There was only one answer why.
