***2months later after the incident***
Calum's POV
I just finished another bottle of beer here at the roof top. I placed the empty bottle down the table and wiped my mouth using the back of my hand. My vision is starting to blur and circle around a little but I don't care, I just wanna drink more and more til I die from too much alcohol at the body.
"Calum." Someone called. I am not sure if it is just in my head or my imagination or if it is from the alcohol. "Calum." It called again.
I lifted my head to see a blurry body figure with a colored hair walking to my direction. I squinted my eyes, hoping to get a clearer vision but it did not work.
"Calum, let's get you back to your room." I know that voice, but I am just too drunk to think and too tired to function anymore.
"No." I slurred and swat his hands away when he tried to touch me. "Can't you see I'm fucking drinking?" I added as I blindly reach to the ground, hoping to get another beer bottle.
"You already had too much." He sighed. "Come on, now."
Maybe I already had too much? He tried to get me up and I didn't fight back or whatever anymore. I just need my bed right now. No, I need her, I need her back to me, I need her alive and breathing beside me.
My thoughts were interrupted when I felt my body stand with the help and assistance of this guy in his colorful hair. I can feel the weight of my body falling down to the ground and he is doing his best not to let go of me so I won't fall to the concrete floor. I can feel my body a bit swaying as we walk to wherever he is taking me. I shook my head a little, hoping that I will get my head straight somehow, but instead, it started to hurt, fuck.
"Is my room still far?" I ask. "I gotta pee."
"We're almost at your room."
"Is she back?" I suddenly asked from out of nowhere, my brain is fucking stupid isn't it?
I heard him sigh, I waited for an answer but he did not give me anything.
A few more walks then we stopped in front of a black door with a gray handle. He reached for it and the door opened inward.
We entered the room and he walked me to the bed, just when I thought that he will drop me gently, he did not, he threw me to the bed and my head hurted like hell.
"What the fuck?" I complained as I hold on to my head.
"Yeah, what the fuck." He says, obviously annoyed. "Goodnight, Calum."
He walked out of the room and slammed the door shut.
"Fuck you!" I yelled, hoping that it is loud enough for him to hear.
My head is just pounding and I still need to pee, like what the hell, gall bladder? I am fucking drunk then you decide to go wee peeing on me. I tried my best to stand on my feet even though my whole body doesn't want me to. I stand on my feet and went a little out of balance, what a time to be alive huh, Calum? Alive? I just really want to die right now and be with Summer.
I successfully made it to my bathroom. And successfully pissed. I went to my bathtub and stayed there, not minding the cold tub hitting my body. I am trying to straight my mind out so I can think, but then, I am tired, exhausted and all. I am too tired to function anymore, I am tired to breathe.
I turned my head at my medicine cabinet, trying to think or remember if there is something on that cabinet that can stop the pain in my head, or maybe something that can take all the pain away from me.
I went out of the tub and slowly walked to the medicine cabinet, I opened it up and searched the inside. A bottle container took my attention, it is the pills that I used to take when I couldn't sleep for the last few weeks. I grabbed the container then shut the cabinet closed.
I walked back to the tub again, with the container still on my hand. I sighed before taking up the container on my eye level. I twisted the lid open and took a deep breath, will I be with her if I die? And just like that, I took the whole bottle, letting the pills into my mouth, down to my stomach.
Michael's POV
Seeing Calum on his bathtub with all those pills is really alarming. Good thing I was able to rush him to the hospital before it's too late. The doctors told me that it is not good, he got too much alcohol mixed with blood, making it worse with the pills he took. It is now drugs and alcohol mixed on his system.
"Michael!" Someone called and I turned to see Harry rushing to me.
"Hey, Harry." I say, a bit exhausted. "Thanks for coming."
"What happened?" He asked as he sit down beside me.
"Calum was drunk then he took all the sleeping pills." I say with a heavy heart.
"He'll be okay, Mike." Harry tells me.
"No, Harry." I say. "He really wants to die, but I won't let that happen."
"Do you wanna get something to eat?"
"Yeah, okay."
Harry and I went to the cafeteria. Being in the hospital every two weeks is something that I didn't expect to happen, I hate hospitals. But then, Calum being depressed and a bit suicidal made us end up here every week or so.
"I am tired, Harry." I say.
"You can't give up on Calum, Mikey."
"I know that." I say. "Just that, I think I'll end up in the asylum if we end up here again next week."
"Call up your Mom." Harry suggested.
Our parents left a week after Ashton's burial. It's been heavy for all of us, Luke left right after as well. Leaving me and Calum at the mansion. Sometimes, I just wanna yell and punch Luke at the face for leaving at the time when we really need him. But then, I understand why he left, why he wanted to leave.
"Yeah, I'll try that." I finally agreed.
"I'm leaving for London as well, Mikey." Harry tells me and my heart dropped a little.
"Oh." Is the only word that I managed to say.
"New York went a bit crazy and traumatic for us the last time." He says. "I just wanna forget and move forward."
"I understand." I say. "When will you leave?"
"Maybe once Calum is discharged from here." I felt happy at Harry's answer.
"Thanks, Harry."
After a few snack, Harry and I made our way to Calum's room. He is sleeping and the doctor told me that they are able to pump out all the toxic from his body, indicating that he is safe now. But I am still worried that Calum might end up doing suicidal things again, what if I won't be able to save him next time? What if I get late on saving him?
The first time that he almost got himself killed is when he went out of the house to go at some mafia deal with some rivals. It ended up by him taking some stupid drugs, getting some drinks and fighting at the club. I went to pick him up at the precinct the next morning when the police called at our home landline.
Calum had his dark days and it gets worse every time. I almost lost my head because of the shits that he did. And involving drugs made me wanna let him die, but I did not. He is still my brother, he is having a tough time and I need to be there and to understand him.
The second worst part for me is when Calum lost his sanity. We wanted to put him on the mental institution or rehab for it will be the best for him. He needs to be away at places where Summer and he made memories, and our house is one of it. In this one, Calum is not the crazy shit and all, he is just depressed. He won't eat and come out of his room. He won't stop crying sometimes as well. Mom sent in a therapist for him but it did not work, and Calum won't cooperate, so we decided to stop it. He just always say that he just wants to die, but of course, we don't want that.
All these negative thinking and flashbacks in my head is making me more exhausted. What do I have to do? What can I do?
"Mikey?" Harry called, causing my thoughts to fall.
"Yeah?"
"I gotta go now." He says. "But I'll be back tomorrow."
"Okay." I say. "Drive safe, Hazza."
Justin's POV (A/N: I'm gonna use Justin for this chapter since this is a flashback)
Summer just wokeup from a long coma, a month or two I think?
"What happened to her?" I asked the doctor, confused. "She doesn't know who I am."
"Well, we gotta run some tests on her to see her brain activity." The doctor tells me. "To see the damage on her memories." He added before leaving me, a bit surprised of the happenings.
But then, losing her memory was perfect, it will make things easy for me so I can bring her to Canada without having too much questions.
"Gabe!" I kinda yelled when I stormed into the kitchen.
"What?" He turned to me.
"Summer lost her memory!" I say and Gabriel's jaw dropped a little.
"Are you serious?" He rose a brow.
"Yeah, I was with her then she asked who I am." I say, still in disbelief.
"Why do you look so happy about it?"
"Can't you see it Gabe?" I ask him. "This is perfect."
Then Gabriel's expression shifted, giving me the idea that he just got my point about it.
"You've gotta be kidding me, Justin." He says.
"I am serious about this, Gabe." I tell him. "And I'm gonna do it, with or without your help."
"Justin, Summer is having a family with Calum." He reminded me. "You can't just take her."
"What part of she lost her memory don't you understand, Gabriel?" I ask, a bit annoyed at my bestfriend already.
"You promised her that you will take her back to Calum!" He yelled at my face.
"Well, things are different now."
"You are fucking unbelievable, Justin."
"I am gonna take her with me and that is final." I say before turning my back on him and walk away, not waiting for any answer or words from him.
I went to my room and pulled my phone from my pocket.
"Hey, Cameron?" I say as my cousin pick up my call.
"Justin?"
"I need your help."
The phone call lasted for like 15minutes. Cameron did not ask a lot of question about what I'm gonna do, but I'm sure that he will ask when we meet soon. If Gabriel won't really help me with this, I need someone that will.
The next day, Cameron flew here to New York from California. I'm really happy to see this cousin of mine again. Yes, he is the mafia leader in California.
"Thanks for coming in here, Cam." I say as we sit across each other at the game room of my house.
"You needed help, so I'm here." He shrugged.
"You know what we are up to, right?" I ask.
"Yeah." He says. "When are we flying to Canada?"
"The day after tomorrow." I answer.
"Do you need me to arrange some fake papers for her?"
"Yes please."
"Okay." He answers. "I'll be back later for that." He added before standing on his feet.
Cameron went out of the room, then Gabriel came in. He sat across me and gave the a look.
"What?" I ask.
"I know I can't stop you from taking her away." Gabriel started and my heart raced a little. "So I'll help you because I know how much you love her." He added and I am surprised. "But this will be the fucking last that we are gonna kidnap a girl."
"We haven't kidnap a girl before?" I say. Wow, Justin, what a perfect time to be stupid.
"You're fucking stupid sometimes." Gabriel says, justifying what's in my head seconds ago.
"Thanks, Gabe." I say, not sure if I am thanking him for helping me or for saying to my face that I'm fucking stupid.
"I'll buy you guys ticket to Canada then." He says and I nod yes.
Calum's POV
I feel my head pounding so hard, causing for me to finally open my eyes. I am expecting to see the ceiling of my bathroom and be on my tub, because the last time I remember, I was in my bathroom. I adjusted my eyes to light of the room.
"Where am I?" I asked to whoever might be in this room. "My head hurts."
"You are in the hospital once again, Calum." Someone answered and I turn to my right to see Michael on the couch, his face on a gaming magazine.
"What happened?" I ask, trying to recall for my memory.
"You got drunk then took all the pills." Michael answered, not taking away his face from the magazine. "I found you almost dead at your bathroom."
"What the fuck?" I say. "Why did you save me?"
My question made Michael take his face away from the stupid magazine. He glared at me, wow, I'm so stupid at asking that.
"Why did I save you?" He mocked me. "You are my fucking brother!" He kinda yelled as he threw the magazine on the wooden center table in front of him. "What do you expect me to do?! Watch you die on your fucking bathtub?!"
I wasn't able to say anything. I just looked at Michael, feeling my heart as it race, as if wanting to jump out from my chest.
"You're unbelievable, Calum." Michael sighed.
"Sorry, Mike." I say with a low voice. "I just don't know what to do anymore."
"Get yourself together and start moving forward."
"I can't, Mike." I say, trying not to cry again. "I can't accept the fact that I lost her."
Michael walked at my side, gave me a pity look.
"You have to, Cal." Michael tells me. "Summer won't like you being like this."
I remained silent at Michael's word. What would Summer want me to do? Would she want me to move forward and continue life without her? But how? She is my life.
"Maybe start by not trying to kill yourself every week." Michael tells me, as if he read what's on my mind a while ago.
Then I realized that I have been trying to kill myself every week to be with her, but Michael is always saving me from dying, from all the suicide attempts that I did.
"I know it's just like 2months when you lost her, and I understand that you are still in pain and mourning." Michael trails. "But atleast try to pick yourself up and try to get it together slowly."
"Thanks, Mikey." Is the only thing that I was able to say.
Justin's POV
Days have passed and today is the day where Summer, Cameron and I are flying to Canada. Summer just remained silent as we go on the whole trip. The trip to Canada lasted for like 10-11 hours I think. We went straight at the house that I ask Cameron to buy. It is just a simple house, your typical canadian house actually.
"We're home." I tell her as I open the front door of the house.
We went in and Cameron went straight up the second floor to place the baggage on the rooms.
"Do you like our new home?" I ask.
"New home?" She asked back. "Isn't this where we live before?"
Summer losing her memory is a good thing for me, but her asking questions makes me more guilty in lying on her face.
We sat at the living room and I started to tell her all the lies that I made in my head, and Cameron is beside me to support everything that I say. I told her that we are supposed to be married in New York, but we got into a car accident, causing for her memories to be lost. And that we are expecting our first baby soon. And that her name is Daine and my name is Jason.
After the story telling, Summer seems to believe everything that I said, gotta thank Cameron for supporting all the things I've said. I can see that Summer is still a bit uncomfortable, I understand, so I just let her to adjust in the new life that she is having.

1year later after the incident
Calum's POV
A year later since the incident, I can say that I got some improvements in my everything. I am not trying to kill myself anymore every week and I am trying to live life, good thing Michael is with me, if he is not, I am gonna go crazy, like really fucking crazy.
I am on my way going to the orphanage where I came from, where Mom and Dad found and adopted me. I started visiting the orphanage last month, seeing and having fun with the kids in there makes me happy.
"Sister Dinah!" I called the moment I saw her at the orphanage's playground.
She turned and wave at me the moment she saw me. I ran to her and hugged her.
"Hello, Calum." She greeted as we pull from the hug. "Welcome back again." She smiled.
Later on, some few kids are greeting and smiling at me, calling me Uncle Calum. Seeing their smiles and how happy they are makes my heart feel joy, something that I missed feeling.
After a few greeting with the kids, Sister Dinah and I started walking around a the orphanage. I offered to donate money for the orphanage's renovation and for the kids' needs. As we walk, a cry of a baby made me stop at my tracks.
"What is that?" I ask, though obviously I know it is a baby crying.
"Ah." Sister Dinah sighed with a tone of sadness. "A baby was found last night at the gate." She tells me and my heart dropped, remembering that I was left outside of the orphanage by my unknown mother as well.
"Can I see the baby?" I ask, surprising Sister Dinah. "I wanna see the baby, please."
"Okay then."
Sister Dinah lead the way and we ended up at the last room of the hallway. Another nun is holding a baby boy in her arms.
"He won't stop crying." The nun frowned.
"How old is he?" I ask as I slowly walk to them.
"He is already 1 year old, Calum." Sister Dinah answered.
On my final step, I saw the baby. His face is like an angel from above. Who would want to leave an angel like him at the orphanage? Suddenly, I felt some pain in my heart. This baby is just like me. I gently ran a finger to his soft cheeks, causing for him to stop crying but still sniffing. His brown eyes wet with tears is beautiful.
"I wanna adopt him." I turned to Sister Dinah. "Can I adopt him?"
Sister Dinah gave me a surprised expression.
"I want to adopt him." I repeated.
"Are you sure about this, Calum?" Her tone is worrying.
"Yes." I justified my answer.
I don't know why, but I have this gut feeling that the baby needs me. That he needs someone in his life, and I want to be that someone for him.
A few days of paper arranging, the day finally came that I can take him home with me. And for the first time since the incident, I finally had a genuine feeling of happiness and hope inside me.
"Welcome home, Dylan Blake." I say as I step inside our house with him on my arms.
Michael is a bit surprised of what I did. But then he said he is okay with it and is excited to have a kid in this house.
Justin's POV
Summer just gave birth to a baby girl a few days ago. And I felt really happy, even though that I know that I am not the real father of the baby.
She named her Skylar Jade. I wonder if that is the name that she and Calum decided to have in case that their baby is a girl. But, I think not?
"Someone looks happy." Cameron's voice rang my ears in the front porch of the house.
"Well, yeah." I say.
"That's a beautiful baby she have."
"Yeah." I agreed. "She just looks like her."
Cameron and I talked for a while about Skylar Jade. He is a bit surprised that I accepted the baby even though it is not mine, but I told him what I offered Summer before. Having Cameron makes things easy for me, he is a great help. Sometimes he goes back to New York to check his mafia business there.
I am happy that Summer's memory is not messing with me. I am doing my best to avoid anything that can trigger her memory back, because it will be hell for me. She'll never forgive me for what I did and I will do while her memory is not with her.
Call me selfish and all, but I don't want her memory to come back.
*****
Author Part (In this part, I'll tell you the summary of what happened in the 4 years of their lives. So that in the next chapters, everything will be set on the present time period. I hope I am not confusing.)
This part will be short. Right after Calum adopted Dylan and Summer gave birth to Jade, they all lived their life in the normal way.
Calum did his best to take Dylan away from the dangers of the mafia world, the same thing that Justin did to Summer and Jade in Canada.
The slowly, as time passed by, Calum was able to regain and get himself together. It's because of Dylan. He loved Dylan so much just like his own blood. As for Justin, he did the same with Jade.
That's just it lol. Don't hate me hehe :)
