The school expansion happened faster than I expected.

Within two weeks, we had commitments from five different packs to send students. That meant going from forty students to nearly seventy by the next term.

"We need another building," Beth announced during our planning meeting. "And at least six more teachers. Maybe eight."

"Where are we going to find that many qualified teachers?" I asked.

"Some of the current students who are aging out could stay on as junior instructors. And we could reach out to other packs, see if anyone has skills they'd be willing to share."
