Wendy gasped as soon as she saw who it was. She didn’t even expect that he’d be coming home.

“Alpha” Wendy said as she bowed her head.

“Hello Wendy” his deep voice sounded “What are you-”

Before he could finish his sentence, he spotted Tessa looking all wet and weak. Her eyes were closing like she would pass out from the cold any minute.

“Why aren’t you inside?” he demanded.

He got furious at the sight of Tessa looking that way, thinking it was their fault.

“We tried to get inside” Wendy explained “But the door is locked”

“Locked” he sounded confused “I didn’t lock it before leaving this morning”...
