Jane whipped her again. Shantal cried out in pain.

Shantal was actually confused. She had no idea why she was here. She was literally lying down on her bed trying to rest after training when Jane barged into her room and handcuffed her. Jane informed her that the Queen wanted to see her.

At that moment, Shantal knew that whatever the Queen wanted to see her for couldn’t be for something good and it turns out that she was right.
