Apparently, Tony's dad was a huge shipper. He always fangirled when his favorite ships, whether it be in real life or on TV, got together. Tony and I were one of these ships and right now, Tony was on the phone with Gene.

Tony didn't really tell his dad that we were dating, so I could tell by the conversation that Gene was a bit upset.
