I say goodbye to my parents and watch them drive out of the gate. Fiona takes my hand and leads me back inside the house.

The feeling is different, it's quiet and and you could sense the absence of my parents.

"I'll be in the kitchen if you need me." Fiona lets go of my hand and leaves me standing in the living room. I look around and begin to feel bored.

"Hey Emma , do you have any plans for today?" Penelope joins me on the couch with a bag of chips in her hands.
