I was deep in my sleep when I heard multiple knocks on my door. I didn’t want to wake up but the knocks were persistent.

I groaned and sat up in bed, rubbing my eyes. Slowly, I got out of bed and made my way to the door. I was feeling dizzy from taking half a bottle of alcohol, so it wasn’t easy getting to the door.
