“Noah, wake up!” Sarah’s voice woke me up from my deep sleep.

“Huh?” I yawned loudly and stretched my legs before opening my eyes. “What time is it? Have they arrived yet?” I asked when it dawned on me that Aiden’s family was coming.

“Yes, they’ve arrived,” Sarah said with a smile. She was excited about their arrival because she would get to hang out with her cousins.

“Oh my goodness!” I exclaimed, jumping out of the bed. Sarah gave me a puzzled look when she saw how dramatic I was acting.

“Don’t tell me you’re nervous about meeting them.” She asked, raising an eyebrow. “Aiden’s mum is...
