Luke recognized the lady,Mia,from the coffee shop. He was first displeased how the the security men manhandled a lady or any human being for that matter without empathy. And secondly,he was displeased that they couldn't even handle the situation without causing unnecessary attention.

"Is that how people get treated here? Inhumanly?" Luke asked,his voice stern, his eyes directly at the security men before shifting his gaze back to Mia. Without breaking eye contact with Mia, he repeated himself again to the security men, with a voice of authority
