Brandon sat by Elsie's bedside,the sterile hospital room engulfed in an eerie silence. The soft hum of medical equipment filled the air, followed by the rhythmic beep of the cardiac monitor above Elsie. Brandon dutifully watched over her,his eyes weary from countless nights spent in the hospital.

There was moments were Elsie would start to shiver,her frail form trembling under the thin hospital blankets even though the room was warm. Brandon's heart clenched for everytime this happened,fear gripping him as the cardiac monitor placed for Elsie spiked, it's frantic beeping echoing through the room. He would immediately call for help,and within minutes, doctors and nurses would rush in....
