Chapter 3 episode 3

Chapter 3 episode 3

The past two months had been deadly, spending this much time alone only drove me insane. Maybe I was already insane, the curse was manipulating my mind and forcing me to do things I didn't want to do. Crossing other packs' territories, I wasn't proud of what I had done but I was adamant about getting back to my mother and ripping her throat out.

Having trained myself every day to become faster and stronger, I needed to up my skills if I had a chance of trying to destroy her and taking her down once and for all.

My body was full of vengeance and anger, I had lost count of how many rogues I had killed on my journey but nothing was going to stop me from getting my revenge. Absolutely nothing.

Blood was smeared across my face, body, and hands. Dirt covered every inch of my skin, having found old clothes from abandoned houses and crafted weapons from wood and metals. My jaw continuously rattled, cautious of anyone attacking me from behind but I was ready.

Ready to kill and destroy anything in my way, nothing was going to stop me now and I already was expecting a bloodbath.

The sun had set and I found myself a rabbit to eat, roasting its body on a fire but I was eager to move on. Mostly traveling during the night, easier to blend into the trees and less likely to be caught as I cross territories.

I clipped my bag across my body and swiped my matted hair from my face, glancing over at my dirty hands. Stamping out the fire and taking off towards the North, carrying myself quickly and holding a handmade knife between my fingers.

Darting through the trees as I could hear leaves rustling from behind me, my eyes narrowing at the sound and gritting my teeth harshly.

I packed myself into a tree as I looked into the darkness, keeping myself silent before I was caught by something.

Paws pounding against the floor alerted me but my instinct kicked in, so I ran. Faster than I've ever run before, whizzing through the wind and dodging trees and rocks as I tried to get away.

The sound of a stampede races up from behind me, and I turn to witness six large wolves hot on my tail. I removed my weapons from my bag quickly and watched as one snarled at me, releasing my hand and swinging my knife directly at them, puncturing their leg and watching them stumbling into the ground harshly. Blood poured out of their wound like a waterfall.

Two wolves pound in front of me and trap me in a circle, growling loudly and protectively. Stopping suddenly between the dirt and frantically looking around at the wolves as they inch closer to me.

"Don't fucking come near me!" I shout out angrily, my hands holding my weapons in front of me. "I'll fucking kill all of you."

A grey wolf leans forward and snaps its jaw in my face, my hand automatically lunges forward with my knife but I miss their flesh. Closing in their circle tighter and tighter, until I'm frantically looking between their deathly glares.

"I'm fucking warning you," I spit, my head beginning to shake.

An older man approaches from the trees, standing between the wolves. His eyes instantly find mine and I raise my knife but I'm tackled to the floor before I get a chance to throw it.

"Let go of me!" I growl as their strong paws pin me down to the floor, the knives dropping from my hands.

The man approaches me and kneels down to my level. "What on Earth are you doing on our territory?" He asks, my eyes looking between the wrinkles on his face.

My eyes turn hard and I growl. "Get off me!" I shout again.

He touches my face with the back of his hand, feeling my burning skin and then opening one of my eyes, looking at my pupils. "We best get the Alpha to check this out," he grumbles and the wolves nod. "He's not going to be happy that you've trespassed."

"He can suck my fucking cock," I seethe out, as my body turns rigid. "I'm going to kill all of you, every single fucking one of you if you don't let me go!"

The man smiles towards me, a sympathetic smile. "Oh my dear, you aren't going anywhere."

My teeth grit so harshly that I was convinced they were about to smash. "Get her up." He instructs with the click of his fingers, my wrists are yanked up with their sharp teeth, grazing my skin harshly as they try to pull me along.

I thrash against them until one wolf clamps his teeth down onto my wrist, blood instantly dripping down my hand and off the ends of my fingers.

"Fuck!" I cry out as he finally releases my hand.

"Don't be stupid," the man shakes his head at me. "Because this won't end well for you."

My eyes level with his and I imagined swiping his head off his body and wearing it as a souvenir, my time would come to get back at these assholes for ruining my plan.

The wolf on my left keeps his canines in my wound, keeping me in place as I am dragged towards their pack house. My eyes looked up at the large gloomy house before me, feeling a pit of frustration in my stomach, I needed to get out of there.

A cellar door is opened and I am thrown to the edge, without getting a chance to take the first step, I'm pushed. My heart flashes for a moment of panic as I fall ten feet down to the basement floor, my body hitting the concrete floor with a loud thud. I groan out and rub my ribs with my bloodied hand.

Before I get the chance to push myself up from the dusty floor my body is grabbed and thrown into a cell at the end of the room, forced into a chair, and tied up with laces of silver. My skin sizzled against the metal and tears rose in my eyes from the harsh pain but I ignored it, realistically it was nothing compared to what I felt inside every day for the last three months.

Withering away in the chair as I am faced with thick black metal bars, the room smelt like rotting sewage, and the sound of a constant leaky roof dripped behind me. The man from the woods slams the door shut and locks it, holding the key in his hands like a prized possession.

"The Alpha will be down soon, he'll decide what to do with you." He smiles towards me before turning the corner and listening to his footsteps up the stairs.

I growl out again, my canines beginning to flex as my skin presses further into the silver. Screaming until my lungs felt like they were about to burst, rattling in the chair but unable to the knots behind my back.

A few minutes passed until I could hear footsteps, the shadows of two people emerged from behind the stairs and approached the cell.

One was taller than the other, bigger and more defined. His dark eyes looked sinful and the look on his face was stern, he wasn't playing around today. He rests one arm up against the bars and looks at me directly through the metal. A slight graze of stubble across his chin and jaw, his dark hair short and neatly cut on top of his head.

Beside him was another man, the expression on his face looked slightly apprehensive as he looked between us both. Even though he was shorter he was still big, shoulders packed out and arms thick.

"Why are you trespassing on my land?" The taller one asks, his deep voice echoing off the brick walls behind me.

My eyes narrow towards him, turning my nose up at his question. "I've been on your 'so-called land' for three days and you've only just realized. Some shitty pack you must have." I shoot back slyly. "Some Alpha you are."

His eye twitches as my response and turns to the other guy. "Give me that fucking key," he snaps towards him.

"Jason..." he trails off.

"I said give me that fucking key!"

The guy blinks back at him and digs out the key from his pocket, handing it over to his Alpha. I watch as he jams the keys into the lock and pulls the door open with such force that it almost flies off the hinges, his huge biceps flexing in the process.

Jason stalks over and looks down at me in the chair. "Don't you dare disrespect me and my pack like that," he shouts as crosses his arms over his chest.

"Your pack ain't shit," I laugh at him, irking him completely.

His jaw shakes as he tries to calm himself. "I asked you a question and I expect a fucking answer. Why were you on my territory?!" He roared at me and I could tell that he had some kind of anger issues, anyone could spot it from a mile away.

So instead of replying I gather my saliva in my mouth and spit it down beside his shoe. In the blink of an eye, his hands were around my throat and he smashed the chair into the wall behind us. His hand doesn't ease as he tightens his fingers around my windpipe, his eyes leveling with mine, a cold glazed look between us.

"Listen here you little shit," he grumbles, his face burning up in flames. "You either tell me what the fuck you were doing or I will break every bone in your little body."

My eyes flick between his in a rage of competition and I didn't doubt for a second he wouldn't do it, of course he would. He's a control freak and needs everything to be in order.

"I'm trying to find my mother," I whimper out as he continues to choke me, almost unable to take a breath.

Jason's eyes narrowed towards me, the clocks ticking over in his mind but I could tell he wasn't going to believe me. "You're a liar," he mumbles out, his hand beginning to shake from his wrist tightening.

"Jason," the guy from behind warns him.

"Shut up Mace!" He growls out. "Tell me what you were doing!"

My face felt like it was turning blue from the lack of oxygen going to my brain. "I'm try--ing, to g-get back to her," I mumble out, my words barely audible.

"You're going to kill her," Mace shouts from behind.

My eyes were about to bulge out of my head until he released me, taking the biggest breath that I have ever taken in my life. Dropping my chin to my neck as I attempted to survive.

Jason's hand taps the side of my face as he grabs my chin and forces me to look at him.

"You injured one of my wolves for no reason and threatened to kill us all," his nose flares as he speaks. "You expect me to believe that you were here to get to your mother?!"

His eyes flick between mine, glancing over my pale and broken skin, and my cracked lips.

"I am," I cough out as my heart races inside my chest, my eyes falling heavy.

Eventually, Jason steps away and turns to Mace. "Let's just fucking kill her," he shakes his head dismissively. "Tomorrow we can do the execution because I'm tired of this fucking shit."

I don't miss the way Mace's eyes shoot wide towards his Alpha. "Are you sure that's what you want to do?" He asks as he scratches the edge of his head. "We have no idea where she has come from and who is after her. It might put us in danger as a pack."

Jason shakes his head like he doesn't want to hear anymore. "What I say goes," he mumbles as he slams the keys into Mace's shoulder, causing him to stumble back slightly. "I don't want that fucking possessed bitch anywhere near my family, my pack. She's worthless and we'll be doing the werewolf world a favor."

The Alpha disappears out of the cell and back up the stairs as Mace rushes to lock the door again, giving me one last glance. The look in his eye touched me in a strange way, like he wanted to spare me but it wasn't his choice.

Leaving me alone in the cell, the dripping from behind me was about to put me into an endless coma. I rattled in the chair again but felt too weak to fight against the silver, still trying to expand my lungs from almost being choked to death.

Closing my eyes, no longer being able to fight my tiredness, awaiting my fate tomorrow.
