“Just relax,” Xavier said to Cynthia, who was sitting beside him, nervously wringing her hands. “This case shouldn’t take long.”
Cynthia’s eyebrows rose almost into her hairline. “Do you think we have a chance?”
Xavier nodded. “Yes, of course. There’s no guarantee, but I’m sure the judge will rule in your favor once he hears your case.”
