Vina's - [P.O.V]

Pow!

A force runs through the forest passing through me, and I knew something evil had come.

I could hear the howling cry of my pack wolves.

"It seems we need to leave here immediately." I said as I quickly ran together with other rogues back to the pack area, to ensure safety.

My heart was troubled as I wondered what was wrong with my feet dashing over the floor.

The rogues around me guarded me in return as I quickly hurried back to my father’s mansion speedily and as careful as possible.

"The signal of war… are we at war?" I asked nobody as he ran like angry wolves.

My heart was troubled.

Especially for my old - man - Alpha father.

"The signal means the pack is at high security risk, I feel it might be a false alarm." He replied to me as we walked past trees and then came to a stop when we noticed weird movements.

"Vina, what do you sense, whatever it might be, we made a promise to keep you safe, and we will fight till death for our oath." The rogues said, comforting me a bit, as I gave them sign language.

"Pow!" That same wave hits me again.

But it was stronger this time.

"Only one demon had that power." I said.

"Who then?" They asked.

"Son of the demon Alpha." I spat out.

"Pow!" The wave hits again but this time, I turned to see Zack over the floor… Dead.

His chest was ripped out with a claw.

He falls to the leafy floor with blood gushing out of his mouth causing me to cryh without crying.

I had become speechless at this point.

"Don't be a coward, no one is playing hide and seek here, come out, let's fight!" A female wolf dares him, while looking around just for a tree to lash at her, killing her at that instant.

My mouth opens widely in shock.

She's dead!

Her blood spilled over my face.

"Secure the trees." I ordered as I continued running to the pack as fast as I could.

The prey had us in its nests.

That's exactly how it felt.

I needed to escape as soon as possible.

With every step I took, listening as my foot hit the ground, with my hair waving left and right, I could feel him exactly behind me… Following me.

I could feel the death bringer, stalking my moves.

Alpha Lycan!

My rogues secured the trees at least.

But then it began to rain blood.

"Ahh." I heard them screaming from different parts of the trees with their bloods dripping over me.

As I watched their bodies fall one by one down.

I dragged out my gun which I had with bullets around my waist while using my ears to listen to the bloody environment.

Silence fills the entire forest.

All my rogues were killed and I was soaked in their blood, what kind of murderer is this!?

I picked a sound and fired in that direction.

A metal sound responded.

I didn't stop shooting either, but then came Alpha Lycan with his bulletproof monster ripped body.

I felt my wolf hide from the inside of me.

My gun was nothing compared to his rage.

I stare at the beastly sexy looking, muscular, handsome, Alpha Lycan digging into my eyes with his burning stare in return.

I could feel his darkness, but I didn't know what he wanted from me… At this point, I awaited death.

He was the demon Alpha's son Lycan.

Alpha Lycan himself!

The most deadly hybrid assassin in existence.

He came from a pack of friends with my father's royal pack. Why did they do this?

I began to wonder his reason for coming.

Oh I see, they definitely wanted Anthena's Halo.

I stare at these beasts as he approaches me.

His every move had evil in it.

"Little angle, remember me?" He said this to me and I recalled that sentence.

We did have a past but right now we're enemies.

Especially now that he is Alpha... Things are definitely going to be horrible for everyone.

"You killed my friends, this is an act of war, you are calling up a war that even you cannot end Lycan." I said to him as I reloaded my gun.

"Oh calm down, your bullets do no trick, and you call those filth that abandoned you after you ordered them to protect you?" He asked.

"No they didn't flee, you killed them." I replied.

"They did, and I slaughtered them for you, you should thank me for getting rid of your betrayals." He says arrange my hair behind my ears.

"False! It is you that has betrayed my pack! no wonder people say you're the devil, my father will in one order end you and all your rogues which you have brought here to destroy my father’s pack." I said as I tried to push him away.

He was as hard as a rock.

His huge body covers me and I stare at his hard pack that looked almost like they were iron as I carried my staring upwards seeing his pinkish lips and beautiful eyes that stared straight at me.

He held me and I felt something different.

I couldn't believe how timid my wolf became in front of him, it felt like I had lost my powers.

I felt weak... The weakest version of me.

"Mate!?" He calls me as he stares at me with his alpha eyes staring deep into me.

I struggled to release myself from him as he holds me still seeing his veins hardening because our wolves were close and they were given us both energy, so I used that energy to kick his balls and as soon as he bends in the pain, I launched a punch over his face and he moves aside.

He falls to his knees over the floor as he looks at me with his rogues who are everywhere.

They looked excited to catch and kill me if they wanted but then he used his hand to command them a halt, which kept them where they were as I ran off as fast as I could.

"Feel free Vina, run!" He said from behind me as I ran through the forest till I had reached my father’s pack, breathing heavily in tiredness.

I looked at my father’s chair to see him held while my brother fought the rest of the rogues that attacked him, then I drew out my whip heading towards where my father was held down with a royal golden stake against his neck.

This stake was made out of wolfsbane.

I knew that if it gets to touch the blood of my father, it will definitely kill him.

While I fight heading towards where he was... I looked at the masked assassin that stood next to him and I begged from afar as my eyes filled with tears.

My father was an aged Alpha but he was still full of life and I loved him like that.

"How much money do you need? I will give you any amount you want... Please spare his life, he is a good man." I begged as I was restrained to the floor.

"Please, don't hurt my old man!" Daniel begs from behind as he bows, asking them not to hurt our father and Alpha.

"Get up Daniel! Never bow to our enemies, if you lay a finger on my father, I will find you and end you all!" I angrily said in bitterness threatening them.

The stake goes closer to his neck and I kneeled looking at my father as he sits and then gives me a sign with his finger as he stares at me with so much peace.

His neck started to get cut and I was beginning to bow but then stopped as tears and a painful cry burst out from my chest as I looked at the ground.

I slapped my palm to the ground and that sent the evil rogues around me flying away with thunder striking through the air and my eyes changing in colour immediately.

I rushed to my father together with Daniel as we both fell at his feet.

He casted his Alpha magic into Daniel.

"Alpha Lycan comes!" A rogue says as they quickly leave the place.

"It's my time, I have lived longer than I even wished for now, Vina... Define your destiny and Daniel be with her." My father says to us as he smiles.

I grabbed Daniel up as I kissed my father’s finger while he stood up walking into the middle of the Arena as he turned into a rock while he closed his eyes.

"Lycan why! you killed my father... why?" I cried as Daniel held my hand running into the car pack.

He held my waist, dragging me away as I cried out to almost no one.

We got into the car and he drove out speedily from there.

"Don't let my mate escape!" I heard Alpha Lycan order loudly as we drove off as fast as possible.

How could a sweet soul like me belong to him?

I could not believe my sad reality.

He ended my family pack for his selfish goals.

He murdered my pack.

That devil! That killed even his own father.

Out of all Alphas to be mated to.
