Hailey's POV

I went back to the party immediately valarie was taken to the hospital .The party was over but I was still standing in the ballroom like an idiot.

Guests were leaving, servants were cleaning up. And my wife was gone.

Hailey had disappeared after seeing me with Valarie. She ran and I could not go after her because Valarie fell down the stairs.

I was so angry I could barely think straight.

Angry at Valarie for showing up uninvited, angry at Chloe for bringing her and angry at myself for letting Valarie kiss me.

But most of all, I was angry that Hailey saw it.
