Angela yawned as she descended the staircase, rubbing her eyes and stretching her arms. As she reached the bottom step, she blinked in surprise, seeing Gabriella sitting in the living room. She hadn't expected anyone to be up yet.

"Gabriella, what are you doing here so early?" Angela asked, walking towards her friend.

"I wanted to catch up with you," Gabriella replied, a sly grin on her face. "How was your date with Douglas yesterday?"
