“I think you need to see this Jayden”, Eric called.

I strolled to where he was standing still with the book he had been with. I didn't know Eric had it in him to read.

He had the power to read minds and pick brains so he never bothered to read. He always knew the questions before the exams, and we kept a clean history of As.

“What’s that?” I asked when I reached him.

He held out the book for me to see.
