"Stay calm. Lucas is on his way, you don't have to freak out " The first lady spoke up and I arched my brows.

How does she know Lucas? And why is she being so nice? But she does look familiar.

"Aria! "i screamed and palmed my mouth almost immediately.

"Bella, are you mad?! Tecca could have heard us "Aria retorted and removed her hands.

So the guy's name is Tecca but how does Aria know? Well, they'll explain all that later.

"I'm sorry "i apologized.

I looked at the other woman and recognized her also, l almost squealed but controlled myself.

"Who are you and what do you want?! "I yelped, aggressively and Aria winked.

"Boss asked us to get you dressed for the wedding, ma'am "The first lady, Aria said and i giggled.

"Which do you prefer, my lady? Would you like a long wedding dress or a short one? " The other, Lily asked but i didn't reply.

"Don't worry, my lady. I know just what would fit you "The first lady said and checked the shopping bags. She brought out a short white wedding dress.

Swears! if I was really happy with all this situation, I would have squealed so loud!

They took me to the bathroom where I had a nice bath. Then i wore the dress, it's an armless short gown that stopped on my mid-thigh then a transparent white net was clipped on it by Aria from my waist down to my legs.

They made my hair and did my makeup, not that I care though!

"Wait, why are you girls dressing me up when I'm not getting married to the Tecca guy, huh? Tell me "i whispered and Aria sighed.

"But you are getting married to Lucas, ain't you? "she responded and i 'oohed'.

This isn't how I wanted my life to turn out, different arranged marriages, disaster and all.

Tears slipped down my eye, I don't want this life anymore.

I have made up my mind already, no matter who i get married to today, I'm definitely going to kill myself. That way everyone would be happy.

A guard suddenly rushed in.

"Boss said you should keep her in, there's commotion everywhere. Nothing should happen to his bride "He said and with that, he rushed out.

His bride, indeed!

All I could hear after that was gunshots. l just wish I could run out and get hit by a bullet.

"All would be well "Aria tried to calm me down and i nodded.

"Aria, you're not meant to be here. Especially in your condition "I said and she chortled.

"It's okay, Bella. Don't worry, you shouldn't worry about me. Getting you out of here should be our priority now "She replied and i sighed.

I looked at my best friend and noticed she looked really worried. l gave her a faint smile and she smiled back.

Soon the door burst open revealing Lucas. He was breathing heavily. He began staring at me.

"it's all over now. Let's leave "He said after a while and with that, we all headed out.

"Isabel, l think he loves you. Didn't you see the way he stared back there? "Aria said as we head out and i scoffed.

"Tecca managed to escape " He finally voiced out as he drove us home.

Does Lucas also know Tecca? How then is it possible l don't know about him? lf l ask them about him, they sure wouldn't give me a reply.

I'll ask Mom when we get home.

A few hours later, we all arrived home.

"Oh! My baby!! "Mom said as she rushed towards me. She caressed my face before hugging me.

I stared at her, blankly. "What happened, Mom? You've gone pale "

"You were kidnapped and we were all worried about you "she replied and looked behind her to see my Dad and Lucas's parents.

I walked past them and headed upstairs but Lucas grabbed my hands, retreating me from climbing the stairs.

"The lawyer is here so we are getting married right now "He grouched and my eyes widened.

"What?! But .. l "

"Yeah, l understand you just returned but you have to get married to avoid further problems "he interrupted me and i gulped.

I stepped down and saw the lawyer with some signing documents.

I took a pen and signed on the marriage certificate. We don't need to say vows this is nothing between us than a contract.

I turned to go up but he pulled me back.

"Contract or not? We are married now and married couples live together, isn't it? "He asked and l released my hands from his grip.

I sighed. "At least, let me pack my things darling little husband "l scoffed.

"Come help me pack my things, Lilly "I added while racing up the stairs.

"Stupid, Stupid, Stupid, Dumb goat "l lamented pacing around and began stuffing my bags with clothes.

"Chill baby girl," Lilly said and I glared at her.

"Don't even start, you all just ruined my plans of killing myself and stopping this nonsense once and for all " I screamed at her.

"You thought of what? " I heard Aria's voice from behind.

"You heard me right! "l replied.

"Lucas isn't that bad, you know. Stop looking at things from your angle and try living your life now " Lilly said.

"You are talking as if you've known him for so long "l snapped at her and she shook her head.

"Lily is right. You should marry him "Aria voiced out before Lily could even say anything.

"Marry who? A man I don't even know? A man that I never dreamt of marrying? What happens to my dream of becoming a professional baker? "I asked, rendering them completely speechless.

"I thought as much. You'd probably have nothing to say "I said and pulled off my dress and headed to the bathroom.

Stupid punk!!

Her mother keeps on crying and she doesn't even give a damn. l scoffed, pissed off.

Well, I can't wait to get her home and hit a club.

She said this marriage is a contract like I care anyways.

Soon, I heard footsteps and turned to see her coming down alongside her bestfriend and sister. My guards rushed to get her bags.

Damn! I must admit, she's pretty. Yeah but l don't care.

She walked past her parents but paused and moved back. "I guess you are happy now? You are floating in happiness, isn't it? "She asked and crossed her arms.

Her father tried speaking, but she cut him off.

"l don't want to hear anything. From this day onward don't even cry about my death cos you are not my parents! "She said bluntly and strolled past them.

She got to the door and paused and turned. "Mr husband, are you coming or do you want to sleep at your in-law's house? "She asked and l looked at my mom.

My mom gave me a 'calm down' look and I nodded then followed her out. We got into the car and I drove to my mansion with my aids behind.

39 MINUTES LATER

We got to my mansion and I stepped out of the car, leaving her in it and headed inside. l heard her get down as she slammed the car door and followed suit.

I asked the guards to take her things to a room beside mine which they did and headed to their own mini-mansion built beside mine.

She turned to go upstairs but I dragged her back and grabbed her arms, aggressively.

"Stop it, you are hurting me! "she cried out.

"You are my wife now so there are certain rules you must abide by while you live with me. One, don't you dare speak to me rudely. Don't you dare slam my door ever again, this doesn't look like your house. Just avoid me, get it? "

"If you flaunt any of these orders, I would make your life miserable " I sneered and released my grip and shoved her to the floor.

"Don't you dare, I repeat don't you dare flaunt any of these " I stated before proceeding up to my room leaving her on the floor.

"Stupid bastard "she muttered, lowly but l heard anyways and ignored.

That idiot is biting more than she can chew and am going to make life a living hell for her.
