Overall this dinner went well. I am particularly proud of Aïcha Ma dame, who behaved as if she was used to receiving such personalities. Between smile, politeness, gentleness, propriety, delicacy, I appreciated. Not to mention the flavor of the dishes she cooked with her friends, it's exquisite. My guests ate and asked for more, especially her famous "roasted snails"...they ate it all, and complimented so much. I am very proud of her. Around 10 p.m. Aïcha and I accompany the guests on their way out... It was very pleasant, they enjoyed it!
