He was still thinking about it when she woke him up later that morning. They were still lying next to each other in bed. Her eyes were wide open. She looked exhausted. She looked pale.

She looked scared. But, she smiled as she saw Damian looking back at her. Damian smiled as he looked at her, reaching his hand out towards her. Slowly she reached for his hand, holding it firmly as she moved closer to him.

“Are you okay?” She asked, her voice soft and quiet as she spoke, her eyes meeting his.
