There's a lot going on inside the company. Fred made a quick breakfast, thanked Shirley again and quickly left the glass bar.

When he left, Shirley did not see him off. She just looked after him and disappeared in the doorway of the bar.

The bartender behind Shirley, wiping the glass ornaments, did not make a sound until Fred left.

"Boss, do you like Mr. Fred?"

The bartender asked calmly, but Shirley was horrified.

She thought she had hidden it well enough, never expecting others to see it so easily.

She has some absentminded, pause before turning around to ask bartender: "why say so?"
