The moment he helped me, I felt something inside me explode. It was like a dam breaking and water flooding through. Power surged from my chest down my arms and into my legs.

Pain shot through my wrist where the seal was and I looked down. The mark that had been there my whole life was cracking. Lines spread across it like broken glass and it glowed with a faint silver light.
