Alina stood at the altar of the academy chapel. It was late into the evening, she picked this time because of the silence that accompanied it.
A single candle burned in front of her and the flame flickered against her face. The sadness in her face was overwhelming.
The door creaked open but Alina didn't turn, she already knew who it was so she kept staring at the candle.
