Jayden watched his daughter as she played on her phone, it's been almost an hour since they sat on this bench without uttering any word to each other.

Isabella hasn't once raised her head and acknowledged his presence, neither has he tried to make her.

They are currently outside the hospital building, near the playground.

"Ok...I guess nobody wants coffee or ice cream now" Stephen said when he came back from wherever he had gone.

He dropped the ice cream near Isabella and handed the coffee to Jayden, but quickly retrieved it back which earned him a glare from Jayden.
