I wake up to the sunlight streaming in, and when I open my eyes, I see Edwin sleeping. I gently stroke his arm, and he opens his eyes, smiling at me.

Edwin - Good morning, my love.

Nikki - Good morning, handsome.

Edwin - How do you feel?

Nikki - I feel good, and you?

Edwin - I feel great, Nikki. I don't want to leave, but today is my first day as Alpha.

Nikki - Don't worry, Edwin. I have training with Joan today, and I need to study some spells.
