Xavier's pov

I stared at her happy face after I told her I believed her. A part of me felt contempted and I don't know where that came from, I shrugged off the feeling and showed her my true intention.

I glanced coldly at our entwined hands and pushed her off, she looked at me with shock and confusion but that didn't bother me a bit.

“ Did I do anything wrong?” She asked with her dewy eye, I scoffed and marched closer to her.

I pushed her lightly but unfortunately, she fell on the floor.

‘ Why is she so light? Isn't she eating properly?’ I pondered...
