I was rushed into the hospital as I was informed that Emery had already given birth.

The moment I entered the room she was occupying, everyone was crying. No one saw me as I walked closer to Emery. Her face was pale.

Pale as white.

Her lips were dry.

The extreme pain she has gone through can be all over her face.

Yes, we have met again. But in a moment when I just wished I had not seen her.

Not this late.

Not today.
