Emery’s POV

A week has been passed by. Cliff really stayed beside me. I thought he would just leave me after a day or two, but he did not.

Just like me, he is taking an online class instead of face-to-face class. My parents organized everything for him. During his band rehearsals, video conferencing with his bandmates is an alternative thing to do.

I once sat down and, come to think of it, Cliff has got his own life, but I think I am suffocating him. He suddenly became a prisoner of mine, of my ways. which I felt a little bit guilty about.
