The following morning, I got dressed quite early and ready to head over to my new college.

Dad walks out of the kitchen with an apron around his neck and sees me strolling down.

"Hello son"

He yelled.

I looked up confirming with a shocking scene, my dad cooks now?.

Dad as never entered the kitchen whereas hold a broom, I have no idea what came over my dad, but he's acting strange.

Does my dad now do the house chores?.

"Good morning dad, you surprise me,"

I sat on the dining chair.

"Suprise! I ain't that heartless you?"

He tells, whacking his hand on the table.

I chuckled and turned to the wall clock, it was a minute past eight and I had less than two hours to reach school.

Dad sat next to me at the table, he takes a big spoon and served me my dish, I thanked him having a huge smile, who knew that would one day cook after mom's dad.

Thereafter, I fled to school, dad allowed me to use his car and I did driving into the parking look.

It was not his best car, but it was either I take a cab or the bus and risk getting my blood lust activated again.

I drove into the parking lot, kids or let's say students rode in and out, I got down from the car with my book in my hand, walking in.

Everyone at past or gazed like I was some kind of freak or perhaps from another planet.

"Hold on new guy?"

A guy walks out of the crowd and faced me.

He came with tough-looking guys as well and they both growled, anxiously waiting to hear the command from the guy I just met.

"Hello, I'm Liam, can I help you?".

I asked him with so much calmness and despite having that, he decided to take everything out and create a scene.

He climbed on a bench and called everyone's attention, I looked and watched them mutter fearfully to themselves.

They looked scared like something bad was going to happen.

"David!"

Someone walks and past a sealed envelope to him, he takes it and I stood at my spot looking.

I shouldn't do anything, and no matter how irritated David tried to make me feel, It would not be a good idea, to make him eat his words, I cannot risk myself getting exposed

"New kid, please read"

The same envelope was passed to me.

I turned my eyes down and read through the letter, and guess what?.

It was not just an invitation to his house party but an initiation to officially welcome me to school.

How lovely right?.

I only just got to school and someone is already out for my life, that's fantastic.

I accepted David's invitation even though something tells it was going to be a bad idea.

He left with his friends behind and so did everyone.

"He is going to regret accepting David's invite,".
