Jayden's POV

Jayden sat in his office, the large windows behind him exposing a view of the city skyline. He sat back in the leather chair, staring at the computer screen at his front, but his head was a far far away.

Today has been one of those days: back-to-back meetings, nonstop calls, and decisions upon decisions weighing on him like blocks in a bagpack. Being the CEO of Smith Group of Companies, there was always something to be done, some person needing your time or a contract to be signed, and a meeting to attend to discuss some business proposition. The responsibility never stopped, and neither did the pressure....
