I stared at her, transfixed. I had never seen anyone this breathtaking in my life. She wasn’t just beautiful, she was dangerous, cracking my restraint with every glance. Everything about her pulled me in, the way she feigned innocence while knowing damn well she’d wanted to be pinned against that table the moment I walked in; the way she controlled herself, as if she didn’t want to give in too quickly.
