“Jenny!” My eyes went wide with disbelief. I tucked my wet hair behind my back. “What happened?”
“Get the fuck out of my house, you ingrate!” she accused, her voice laced with rage. “I don't ever want to see you near my home. If I see you near my house, I will call the police!”
