CHAPTER 19.

SOPHIE.

I made my way inside, immediately taking the elevator to get to the intern office as soon as possible. When I got there, there were other interns present, whom I greeted, but none of them replied. They all ignored me and exchanged whispers. Their attitude was cold towards me, but I knew why. The answer wasn't far-fetched; I knew it was inevitable from the onset, but they could burn for all I cared.

Right now, I'm more excited about my new car and my official first day at work. I’m going to be standing right next to the top journalist of the biggest media house to interview...
