I stood in the midst of a heated argument with the elders, the tension thick in the air. We clashed over the matter concerning Meghan, her actions causing a ripple of discontent within the pack.

I fought passionately for her, believing in her worth and the strength of our connection. But the elders remained steadfast in their judgment, their voices rising with each passing moment.

Just as the argument reached its crescendo, the door to the room swung open with a force that startled us all.
