Megan’s POV.

I thought I was dead because the last thing I remembered was the feeling of drowning, the world slipping away from me.

The pain I had felt before I fell unconscious wasn’t left out.

But as I opened my eyes, The rays of the moon shone brightly on my face, causing me to blink rapidly.

I gasped loudly when I noticed how long I stayed unconscious. I was knocked out in the evening….and it’s late at night now.

I had to readjust myself on the bed, and I groaned slightly when I felt pains all over.
