He stopped talking as soon as he realized what he had said. His voice faltered and trailed off at the end, leaving him staring blankly at the floor. I couldn't help but laugh at his awkwardness. I loved hearing him stutter when he was trying to make conversation with me. I smiled and moved closer to him, wrapping my arms around his torso.
