A frustrated groan escaped my lips, my head was placed in my wide open palms as I sat crouched on the floor. My heart was heavy and slowly sinking within me.

I could understand her anger. Hell! I was angry at myself as well. I had regretted my actions deeply, after finding out what had really happened that day.
