When you were blind, it was difficult to tell what time of day it was so time could pass strange. I would end up having to open up all my senses to be able to figure out what time of day it was. But most time I was able to figure it out.

Right now I was training. The whole pack was training.

The pack had put up a punching bag and I was using it to strengthen my fists, just one of those things I needed to do.

Leading a pack meant I had to defend the others at all costs, but that they would also do...
