Malrik and I rarely spoke after the meeting I had with the council. He stayed completely away from me while I learnt more about his kingdom from the books he gave me.

It wasn't easy avoiding him but he seemed comfortable staying away from me.

After three days of my policy shift, the effects became undeniable and the elders wouldn't stop talking about it. It indeed caused more fraction among the Elders as they countered themselves at every discussion.
